1. Respecting other people’s work
Post only content you own or have permission to use. Artists post only their own work.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), send a notice to our copyright agent at legal@elettabooking.com (subject: "Copyright notice"), with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you believe was copied;
- where it is on Eletta (a link or a screenshot of the profile or post);
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, with your signature; the content removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where Eletta may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant tells us they've filed a lawsuit.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
5. Trademarks and impersonation
Report the misuse of a name, brand or logo to legal@elettabooking.com. The Eletta name and logo belong to Eletta and may not be used without our permission.
6. False claims
Knowingly making a false claim of infringement, or a false counter-notice, can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

- Reportar una infracción de derechos de autor
- Contranotificaciones
- Infractores reincidentes
- Marcas y suplantación
- Reclamos falsos
- tu firma física o electrónica;
- la obra que crees que se copió;
- dónde está en Eletta (un enlace o una captura del perfil o la publicación);
- tu nombre, dirección, teléfono y correo;
