How we handle beauty notes, skin type and allergies.
1. What this covers
This policy covers "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in other states, such as Nevada and Connecticut. At Eletta this means the beauty notes, skin type, and allergies or conditions you share in your profile or in a booking, and reference photos that show a skin or hair condition.
2. Why we collect it
To help the artists you book give you a safe service, for example by avoiding a product you're allergic to. We collect it only with your consent, which you give when you save beauty notes or skin type.
3. Where it comes from and who sees it
It comes only from you. The artists you book see it around your visit. Our service providers store it for us (Supabase). We may disclose it when the law requires. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Your rights
You can ask whether we hold your consumer health data, get a copy, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Deleting your beauty notes in your profile withdraws your consent for them. Email privacy@elettabooking.com; we'll answer within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying, and you can contact your state's attorney general.
5. How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it, information travels encrypted, and it's deleted when you delete it or your account.

Cómo tratamos las notas de belleza, el tipo de piel y las alergias.
1. Qué cubre
Esta política cubre los "datos de salud del consumidor" según la ley My Health My Data de Washington y leyes similares de otros estados, como Nevada y Connecticut. En Eletta esto significa las notas de belleza, el tipo de piel, y las alergias o condiciones que compartes en tu perfil o en una cita, y las fotos de referencia que muestran una condición de la piel o del cabello.
2. Para qué la recopilamos
Para que las artistas que reservas te den un servicio seguro, por ejemplo evitando un producto al que eres alérgico. Solo la recopilamos con tu consentimiento, que das al guardar notas de belleza o tu tipo de piel.
3. De dónde viene y quién la ve
Viene solo de ti. Las artistas que reservas la ven cerca de tu cita. Nuestros proveedores la guardan para nosotros (Supabase). Podemos revelarla cuando lo exija la ley. No la vendemos y no la usamos para publicidad.
4. Tus derechos
Puedes preguntar si tenemos tus datos de salud, obtener una copia, pedir que se borren y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. Borrar tus notas de belleza en tu perfil retira tu consentimiento para ellas. Escribe a privacy@elettabooking.com; responderemos en 45 días. Si decimos que no, puedes apelar respondiendo, y puedes contactar a la fiscalía general de tu estado.
5. Cómo la protegemos
El acceso se limita a quienes lo necesitan, la información viaja cifrada, y se borra cuando la borras tú o eliminas tu cuenta.
